Purchased about a year ago (2010). Used it to develop loads and on ground squirrel hunts in California and Oregon. Picture was as clear and contrast as good as the Bushnell 4200 6-24x I used on other rifles, far superior to a Nikon Monarch 6-24 side focus. Liked adjustments positive click feel, and repeatability of settings. Only draw back was slightly shorter tube that required using picatinny rail base to obtain proper eye relief. The white markings are a bit stark, but cosmetics do not detract from function. Overall a good value.
