Athlon Ares ETR rifle scopes are premium, feature-rich optics built for shooters who want UHD glass and more adjustment capability across very different shooting disciplines. The current Ares ETR Gen2 UHD lineup ranges from a 1-10x24 first-focal-plane illuminated optic to 4.5-30x56 FFP precision models and a specialized 15-60x56 second-focal-plane scope. Athlon pairs the family with exposed or locking turret designs and reticles developed for both MOA and MIL shooters.
The 1-10x24 models use 34mm tubes, FFP ATMR2 MOA or ATMR3 MIL reticles, and a wide 117.3-foot field of view at 100 yards on 1x, making them well suited to DMR-style rifles where close-range speed and added magnification both matter. The 4.5-30x56 models move to a larger objective, 34mm tube, and APLR12 MOA or APRS12 MIL FFP reticles for long-range precision work. Shooters who want extreme magnification can look to the 15-60x56, which uses a 30mm tube and ABLR3 SFP illuminated MOA reticle.
Athlon’s UHD extra-low-dispersion glass is intended to reduce chromatic fringe and improve image sharpness, while the Precision Zero Stop and locking turret systems help shooters dial and return to zero with confidence.
